Alumni Meet 2023

The Department of Political Science has organised the Alumni Meet to reconnect with the old students employed in various government institutions and departments, doing business and making their presence felt in all walks of life. The department's most noted alumni, Shri B. R. Sharma, IAS(Retd) was the Chief Guest and Prof. Naresh Padha, Dean of Academic Affairs, presided over the Inaugural Function of the Alumni Meet. More than 100 Alumni marked their presence. During the conduct of the meeting, the Alumni shared their experience with each other and also with the students of the Department. The Alumni Meet turned out to be a very useful platform to reconnect the past with the present of the Department. It served its purpose well as the students and research scholars of the Department got inspiration and motivation from their seniors, apart from sharing various other light moments. It was well-received by the faculty, alumni, research scholars and students of the Department.
