Chairperson's Message

A new world of collective participation, recreation, and exchange of ideas and mutual bonding has been created in the University of Jammu in the form of ‘Utsaah,’ the constellation of twelve clubs. The students, scholars, teachers, non teaching staff, alumni are welcomed to be the part of this colourful world to give vent to their pent up emotions and to channelise the surplus creative energy in a productive expression and desirable direction.
