Department of Computer Science & IT, Kathua Campus, University of Jammu organized a webinar entitled ‘Igniting, Energizing, Motivating & Delighting Young Minds’ wherein more than 100 participants participated from all over the nation. Mr. Sushil Kumar Sharma (Founder & CEO, sustaineco, Gujarat), a successful business leader, motivational speaker and author having a professional experience of more than 37 years in his kitty graced the occasion as the resource person.
While speaking on the topic, Mr. Sharma stressed the achievements of diverse youth icons at the national and international level and exhorted the young audience to channelize their energies to achieve greater heights. He motivated students by quoting scores of examples of young minds who are today renowned personalities in their respective fields and emphasized the need of setting goals and priorities in life with a need of tracking the same after recurrent intervals.
Dr. Meenakshi Kilam, Rector Kathua Campus, University of Jammu acknowledged the resource person for such a vibrant presentation on a topic that holds relevance in the present scenario. She said that organizing such events often facilitates the upliftment of the young minds who need to be motivated and dazzled. She also emphasized the significance of such webinars for the students in particular and faculty in general. Further, she stressed that such activities should be a regular feature in the academic schedule of the higher institutions.
Dr. Sourabh Shastri, Organizing Secretary of the Webinar and Incharge Head, MCA Department thanked the resource person for broadening the vision of the audience as regards their capabilities to surmount any difficulties in life by enumerating real-time examples and situations.
