Instructions for Submitting User Data

Please fill the Google Form with departmental mail / Gmail account of authorized person. A hard copy of the list of students to be registered to JU-LMS duly signed by the Head of the Department shall also be sent to the office of the Chairperson, JU-LMS, Department of Computer Sc. & IT.

Please read the instructions given in the form carefully and enter valid data in requisite format. 

Note: If you are facing problem in opening the Google form, please send the detail of the students at email julms@jammuuniversity.ac.in in Excel Sheet with the following as heading in the first row:

username       password      firstname       lastname       email       institution       department     phone1

username for a student is the roll no. to be entered in the format e.g. 01-mca-26 (roll no.-course-year). username must contain small letters only. <SPACE> is NOT ALLOWED. Please follow the format strictly. The username must end with -26 and carry - after numeric roll no.
