The School of Management Studies, Bhaderwah Campus, University of Jammu, successfully organized a vibrant Management Club Activity. The event aimed to enhance student engagement, creativity, and innovation in management practices.
Prof. J.P. Singh Joorel, Rector of Bhaderwah Campus, appreciated the efforts of the students and faculty in organizing a meaningful and educational event. He emphasized the role of co-curricular activities in shaping future leaders, stating, "These events provide a platform for students to not only showcase their talents but also to learn the crucial skills necessary for thriving in the world of management. The level of dedication and passion shown by the students is truly commendable and reflects the quality of education being imparted at Bhaderwah Campus."
Dr. Umesh Choudhary I/C Head Department of Management, while inaugurating the event, lauded the collective effortsof the students, faculty, and staff for their contributions toward making the event a resounding success. In his keynote address, he encouraged students to actively participate in future activities, emphasizing the importance of personality development and self-grooming in the corporate world. His interactive session highlighted the significance of creativity and innovation, which was further demonstrated through engaging activities with the students.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students across various programs, including BBA, B.Com, and MBA, with Ms. Tanvi Choudhary serving as the master of ceremonies. The program featured a series of insightful presentations delivered by students on a wide range of contemporary topics.
Key highlights of the event included, Mr. Nitin, a B.Com 3rd Semester student, delivered an impactful presentation on the societal issue of Drug Abuse, discussing its consequences and preventive measures, Ms. Riya, a BBA student, presented on Latest Trends in Business, offering an overview of recent developments in the business world, Ms. Prakarti, an MBA 1st Semester student, inspired the audience with Success Stories of Women Entrepreneurs from Jammu and Kashmir, showcasing their resilience and innovation , Mr. Sameer Mehta, from MBA 1st Semester, shared insights on Emerging Trends in Management, highlighting strategies shaping the future of business, Ms. Simran, a BBA 3rd Year student, addressed the vital topic of Hygiene in Society, emphasizing its role in personal and public health and Mr. Arbaz, a B.Com 3rd Semester student, concluded the presentations with General Knowledge Tips, broadening the audience's awareness on diverse subjects.
The event saw the presence of several esteemed faculty members, including Dr. Atif Javed Qazi, Dr. Raashidah Gani, Mr. Amit, Mr. Rajinder Kumar, Ms. Asma, and Ms. Surbhi Langeh, who actively contributed to the success of the event with their support and encouragement.
The program concluded with a high tea, providing students and faculty an opportunity for informal interaction and intellectual exchange, fostering an environment of camaraderie and collaboration.
