Employment Information cum Advisory Bureau (EIAB), Department of Lifelong Learning, University of Jammu today inaugurated a 3-days workshop on Computer skills at Government Degree College, Ramban for the students of the college. The theme of this three days workshop is to spread computer based knowledge to students, which will help them to become proficient in handling computer based activities.
Prof. Archana Kaul, Principal of the college in her welcome address expressed the dire need for computer skill development programmes for the students of the college as it helps to build a strong foundation for them. She also appreciated the efforts of Department of Lifelong Learning to organise such workshops.
The workshop was organized under the guidance of Dr. Jeevan Jyoti, Director DLL and it was co-ordinated by Dr. Rewa Khajuria, Counsellor, EIAB, DLL. The resource person was Mr. Surjeet Kumar from University of Jammu. Around 30 students have registered for the workshop. Mr. Rajkumar, Senior faculty member also spoke in the inaugural.
