JU Launches Registration Drive for Viksit Bharat @2047: Paving the Path to a developed nation

The University of Jammu officially initiates the registration drive for Viksit Bharat @2047, an innovative initiative hosted on the MyGov Portal. This groundbreaking endeavor is designed to channel the collective brilliance and creativity of the University students and scholars towards building a progressive and sustainable India by 2047.

Viksit Bharat @2047 is a visionary project initiated by the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, extending an invitation for active participation from educational institutions across the country. It aspires to shape a future where innovation, sustainability, and technological advancements guide the destiny of India. The University of Jammu is honoured to be a key participant in this transformative journey.

Commencing today, the University launched its registration drive, urging all students and scholars to register on Viksit Bharat @2047 through the MyGov Portal. It has impressed upon all the Students and Scholars of the University to actively engage in discussions, share ideas, and collaborate on initiatives that align with the project's vision.

Parallel to the registration drive, the University has started a series of interactive discussions, talks on its Community Radio Station FM 91.2 DhwaniJU on how the youth see Bharat in the year 2047 and a lecture was also organized on the role of Art and Culture in the context of Viksit Bharat. The University is also gearing up to host a sequence of workshops, seminars, and interactive sessions in the days to come. These events will serve as platforms for profound discussions, ideation, and collaborative efforts in line with the vision of Viksit Bharat @2047.
