In his address, he through his personal life experiences motivated the students to participate in social work with zeal and enthusiasm for the welfare of the society and nation which will also help in their overall personality development. He said that it is really a matter of great awakening that the students from science disciplines also take out time from their theory classes and laboratories and contribute towards nation building. No amount of time is enough to do something credible. Small efforts in the beginning makes us to take a walk miles ahead .The first step is important, the day we take first step, we will be heading towards better life and who will decide whether the step we take is wrong or right, it is the conscious of our mind which will decide and if we keep the picture of our parents in the mind about what path they have followed , to become what they are today ,one will never take wrong step. As people say social volunteers do lot of hard work, there is nothing like hard work, it is the work done through focused mind and when it is done through focused mind the yield is more. The output is more if we work with focused mind. Intensity to do something, the way we approach a particular problem or situation there lies in focus as well as intensity.
