Jammu University Chess (W) Team leaves for Bundelkhand University, Jhansi (U.P.)
The Directorate of Sports and Physical Education University of Jammu is projecting its Chess (W) team for participation in the forthcoming North-Zone Inter-University Chess (W)Tournament 2023-24 to be organized by the Bundelkhand University, Jhansi (U.P.) at Rajeev Gandhi Indoor Stadium of Bundelkhand University, Jhansi from 8th to 10th January 2024.The University of Jammu Chess (W) team flagged off at the Directorate of Sports & Physical Education. The team shall leave for Bundelkhand University, Jhansi (U.P) on 05 January 2024.
Jammu University Chess (W) Team includes:
Bhawana Sharma, Taruni Bakshi, Unvesha Sharma, Naina Sharma, Mansha Mahajan, Mussarit Nayeem.
Mr.Inderjeet Singh and Ms. Manisha Manhas will accompany the team as Coach and Manager respectively.
Prominent among others present on the occasion were Dr. Vimal Kishore,S. Padam Dev Singh, Sh. Jai Bharat, Mr. Harinderpal Singh & Ms.Manu Singh Pawar.
