The Business School, Bhaderwah Campus organized Industrial visit for the newly inducted students of MBA  to provide them practical exposure to various production-related aspects of business organizations. The Department visited two reputed MNCs namely Khandhari Beverage Pvt.Ltd. (coco-cola) and Lupin Pharma Ltd. for understanding working environment of their manufacturing facilities. Ruchita Bakshi HR
Head, Khandhari beverage ltd. gave a detailed presentation about the working of the organisation which is a highly automated plant and is equipped with modern and advanced technology having a production
the efficiency of 650 cold drink bottles per minute and 1200 tetra packs per minutes respectively.

Similarly, Dheeraj Dhawan, HR Head, Lupin ltd briefed the students about  the organisation which is among the top 10 generic companies in the world having approximately 20,000 employees and $ 2.3 bn global revenue. The company has a presence in more than 100 countries across the world. The students visited the production plants of both the companies and understood the different aspects of their production line and how companies are working on their backward and forward integration mechanism. During the visit, students posed various questions related to production, marketing, Human resources, financial management and R&D of these companies and how they are coping up with Covid-19 challenge.
Dr Sunil Bharadwaj, Head of Department The Business School, Bhaderwah Campus coordinated the visit who interacted with the management people of the said organisation to know issues related to the training and placements of MBA students. He also thanked them for giving an opportunity to the students to get first-hand experience of various production facilities ensuring a long-term relation and cooperation
with them.
Dr Rohit Bhagat, Placement Coordinator, Bhaderwah Campus along with  Mohammed Avais, Dr Umesh Chaudharyand Dr Atif Qazi participated in various discussions during the visit on CSR activities, environment protection, branding, horizontal and vertical production line, etc and contributed to the smooth conduct of the industrial visit.
The whole visit was organized under the guidance of Professor Rahul Gupta, Rector Bhaderwah Campus who congratulated The Business School for taking this initiative for the holistic development of the management students. Overall the industrial visit is a great success.
