Department of Commerce, JU organised a Lecture on ‘Individual Behaviour in Organisation’

The Department of Commerce, University of Jammu organised a Lecture on ‘Individual Behaviour in Organisation’ on January 29, 2024 to equip the students with the practical knowledge about the intricacies of human behavior within organizational settings. Dr. Kavita Shastri, a HR expert captivated the audience with insights garnered from years of research and practical experience. The lecture provided a comprehensive overview of individual behavior dynamics, shedding light on its profound impact on organizational culture, productivity, and overall success. Throughout the lecture, attendees gained valuable insights about the relevance of individual differences, motivation, values and ethical behaviour in the organisation. The Lecture was attended by the Head of the Department, Dr. Jeevan Jyoti and all faculty members of Department of Commerce.
