DLL organises one-day workshop on Career planning after 10+2 at GGHSS Bishnah

Employment Information cum Advisory Bureau, the Career Counseling Cell of Department of Lifelong Learning, University of Jammu organized one day workshop on “Careers after 12th in Sciences” at Govt. Girls Higher Secondary School, Bishnah today.

 The programme was conducted under the supervision of Dr. Jeevan Jyoti, Director, Department of Lifelong Learning, University of Jammu. The special resource persons were Dr.Sarabjeet Kour, Sr. Assistant Professor, Department of Zoology, University of Jammu and Ms. Neetu Dhar, Chief Co-ordinator and Master A explained in detail about CUET, its eligibility and important dates. Dr. Neetu Dhar in her presentation, explained, in detail, to the students the importance of self confidence. She also gave insight of the factors that boost the confidence in choosing the right path.  Dr. Rewa Khajuria, Counsellor, EIAB, DLL, JU highlighted the importance of goal setting for the students at this stage as their board examinations are approaching.

The teachers of the school namely Ms. Swaran Rajput, Ms. Prerna Sambyal  and Ms. Komal  Sharma along with 39 students attended the programme.
