The Department of Sericulture at Poonch Campus, University of Jammu, had the privilege of hosting the Station Director of All India Radio Poonch Mr Ghulam Nabi Mir on a remarkable visit to their campus. During the visit, the Station Director, AIR Poonch, Mr Ghulam Nabi Mir extended warm congratulations to the Director Poonch Campus, particularly highlighting Dr. Rubia Bukhari, for their pioneering initiative in Cocoon craft, which has been garnering attention and appreciation. The Station Director also lauded the hard work and dedication of the students involved in this innovative craft.
In response to the visit, Director Poonch Campus, Prof. Rakesh Vaid, expressed his gratitude to the Station Director, AIR Poonch, for taking the time to visit the campus and engage with the students.
