Today The Inter Collegiate Cricket Tournament organized by the Directorate of Sports and Physical Education, University of Jammu commence at the University of Jammu Cricket Ground.

In the opening match GDC Poonch team beats GDC Marh Team by 63 runs, other matches were played as follows:

Dr. Daud Iqbal Baba, Director, Directorate of Sports and Physical Education, University of Jammu was the Chief Guest of the opening match, and introduced both the team players before the start of the game.
