The Department of Commerce, University of Jammu organised a Lecture on ‘Financial Products and Start Ups’ on October 16, 2024 to equip the students with the latest financial products existing in the market. Mr. Vikrant Taggar, Founder, Policyrelook, was the resource person. He interacted with the students and highlighted the significance of these financial products and their relevance in our daily life. Specifically he discussed about health insurance in the present time. During the lecture he guided the students about the various career avenues available in this sector. He concluded by explaining various myths and realities of financial products with special reference to health insurance. The lecture was attended by M.Com. students. Dr. Rupa Mahajan coordinated the entire lecture.
