LT.Governor Manoj Sinha flags off Gyanodaya Express College on Wheels

College on wheels sounds like such an exciting experience. This historical movement organized by University of Jammu, under the ambient of Higher education council Government of Jammu & Kashmir. Honorable LG Manoj Sinha Ji, flagged off Gyanodaya Express in presence of Vice Chairman, Higher Education Council UT of J&K Padma Shri Prof. Dinesh Singh ji, esteemed Vice Chancellor Prof. Umesh Rai and other dignitaries from various institutions of higher learning of J&K. The journey began from the University of Jammu on 19thof November, 2023. The University Campus was hustling with enthusiastic Students who were excited for the historic train journey. The buses departed at 12:30 PM from the University of Jammu to the Katra railway station, right at the foothills of Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine. The beginning of the trip holds a special meaning as it starts with the blessing of the goddess herself. With lively music, cheerful vibes and after the auspicious flag off ceremony the train embarked on its maiden adventurous journey.

The journey began from the University of Jammu on 19thof November, 2023. The University Campus was hustling with enthusiastic Students who were excited for the historic train journey.
