A symposium was meticulously organised on the Theme ‘Only One Earth: Issues and Challenges’ by The Law School, University of Jammu in collaboration with the Green Campus Task Force, Jammu University.  Dr. Monika Bhardwaj, Asst. Prof. & Teacher Incharge Green Campus Task Force, Jammu University formally opened the event. Prof. Manju Jamwal, Director, The Law School throw light on the importance of nurturing mother Earth besides formally welcoming the judges for the occasion, Dr. Savita Nayyar and Dr. Mohd. Arif, from the Deptt. of Law, University of Jammu. Deeksha and Insha shared the 3^rd Prize, Ishta and Aditya won 2^nd and 1^st prize respectively. Other student speakers on the occasion were Ajay, Ramayani, Manpreet, Sania, Vedant, Pratyush, Vikrant, Mridul and Vasudev.

A formal vote of thanks was presented by Dr. Bindu Sangra, Asstt. Prof., The Law School. Manav Seth, Student, The Law School hosted the whole event.
