In a significant endeavor to prioritize community health and well-being, Kathua Campus, University of Jammu organized Free Health Check-Up Camp in association with Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Narayana Speciality Hospital, Katra. The event aimed to provide accessible healthcare services to the local community, students and promote awareness about preventive healthcare measures. The health camp featured the expertise of Dr. Bhanu Pratap, a distinguished specialist in Internal Medicine Specialist currently associated with Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Narayana Superspeciality Hospital, Katra. He has 6 years of experience in Internal Medicine and worked as an expert General Physician in different cities of India. Dr. Pratap's presence and commitment to serving the community played a crucial role in ensuring the success of the camp, as he provided comprehensive medical evaluations and consultations to attendees.
The free health check-up camp witnessed a significant turnout, with attendees benefiting from various medical services including consultations, screenings, and health education sessions. Participants expressed their appreciation for the initiative, highlighting its role in promoting proactive healthcare practices and early detection of health issues.
