Introduction of the teams was done by Dr. Daud Iqbal Baba, Director, Directorate of Sports and Physical Education, University of Jammu.

Among other present on the occasion were Sh. Jai Bharat, Sh. Vikas Karlopia, Sh. Raj Kumar, P.D Singh, Sh Ravish Vaid, Narinder Sharma, Ms. Sonu Kumari &Miss. Suman Lata.
