The Management School, Kathua Campus , University Of Jammu organized a career counselling session with a focus on the theme “ New Business Dynamics in India after Covid 19 Pandemic’’ in collaboration with the career counselling cell of SPPND Govt Degree College,Samba.

While interacting with the students of the college, Dr. Mahesh Koul, faculty, The Management School, Kathua Campus, University of Jammu said, “The post-Covid 19 situations has created new business opportunities amidst adversity. Leading to the synergy of offline and online business strategies. As such the students need to be equipped to deal with the new situation.

Kathua Campus is creating Business professionals who have a comprehensive outlook to be assets for the organizations. Business management is now a multidisciplinary area that requires an insight into geostrategies and co-creation. Our campus is open for new age MBA to make India resurgent as we have the demographic dividend.”

Guiding the students on  the career prospects regarding MBA at Kathua Campus, Ms. Anjally Gupta, faculty of Kathua Campus said “The students need to be focused on goal and MBA program not only provide job skills but develop the whole personality of the students as business management professionals.’’

Ms. Tiharika Nath, faculty of Kathua Campus, Jammu university sensitized the students about the Campus and facilities for the students, “While speaking on the occasion she said,” That the Campus is a state of art Campus with a highly technical focus. With hostel facilities for boys and girls. Besides the transport facilities .’’

Mr. Gaurav Sharma, faculty, Kathua Campus, Jammu university updated the students about the MAT exam pattern that is a fore requisite for taking admissions in the MBA program.

While speaking on the occasion, Dr. Pawan  Kumar Gupta, Convenor, Career Counselling Cell of the college said, “ College welcomes the initiative of The Management School, Kathua Campus, JU to reach out to the students of Kathua and Samba districts. It will help to do capacity building for the present and future.

We welcome the initiative of the Campus visit by The Management School for the students of the college and will look forward for the same.’’

Appreciating the efforts of the Career Counselling Cell and Management School, Kathua Campus, JU, Dr. Surinder Kumar Principal of SPPND Govt Degree College Samba, Said , “Such collaboration between the colleges and university of Jammu will set a benchmark of professional excellence to update students of Samba for better career opportunities in Business Management with MBA program.”
