Employment Information Cum Advisory Bureau (EIAB), Department of Lifelong Learning (DLL) in collaboration with Pandit Prem Nath Dogra, Govt. Degree College, Samba today organized a career counselling programme in “Career Pathways after Graduation” for the students of the college in its premises.

The programme was held under the supervision of Dr. Kavita Suri, Director, DLL. Prof. Surinder Kumar Sharma, Principal of the college applauded the efforts of both the career counselling cells and advised the students to make judicious use of their valuable time. The event started with the lightening of the lamp followed by the presentation of bouquet. Dr. Ram Singh presented the welcome address.

The special resource persons were Dr. Virender Koundal, Associate Professor, Department of Economics, University of Jammu, Ms. Neetu Dhar, Trainer for soft skills and personality development and Dr. Rewa Khajuria, Counsellor, EIAB, DLL. Dr. Virender Koundal made the students aware about the various employment opportunities available after graduation. Ms. Neetu Dhar in her presentation apprised the students about career options in English and job opportunities after graduation and post graduation. About 60 students of the college attended the programme.
