The Management School, Kathua Campus University of Jammu organised a career counselling cum lecture in collaboration with career counselling and placement cell of Govt Degree College, Women, Kathua. The theme of the lecture was “MBA/Business Education and its Career Prospects in Contemporary Era of Changing Market Dynamics.” The lecture was delivered by Dr. Mahesh Koul, Faculty, The Management School, Kathua Campus JU. While interacting with the undergraduate students of the college, he said, “The emerging market after a pandemic has changed the business environment. The shift from tangible to intangible business demands a reorientation of Management Education. The Management School of Kathua campus JU, grooms MBA students for new global market challenges through a two-year course. It is a lifetime opportunity for the students of Kathua in particular and Jammu in general to avail the opportunity in this professional course from the highly technical campus.”

Dr. Zahin Ansari, Faculty, The Management School, Kathua Campus JU sensitised the students about the Management School and Kathua Campus, JU. Besides various facilities being provided in the campus that includes hostels for both boys and girls and a transport facility.  He said.  “The students of MBA are provided with the professional aesthetics and support system to groom them as best management professionals.” He appraised the students about the MAT exam pattern that is required to be qualified for becoming eligible for the MBA program.

Dr. Sangita Nagari, Principal, GDC Women Kathua, was of the opinion that such interaction instils the confidence and skill in the students to face new challenges in the business world.
