Programmes Outcomes

In light of NEP 2020, we are developing the courses of Master Degree Programme (MDP) in Mathematics keeping in view the academic flexibility, extensions and skill development with the holistic growth of the subject as well as of the students.

Upon completion of the programme, students should have:

• specific evidence of being able to acquire domain knowledge of the subject. This enables them to broaden and deepen their understanding of different branches of mathematics and explore their applications in real-world problems to an advanced level, enhancing career prospects across a wide array of fields. The flexibility of this course allows for the learning of a wide range of mathematical techniques in various areas, and students must be able to apply these techniques for the development of academic, industry, and real-life problems to benefit society.
