The Poonch Campus Jammu University celebrated India's 78th Independence Day with great fervor and patriotic zeal. The ceremony was marked by the unfurling of the Tri-Colour by Dr. Rubia Bukhari, In-Charge of the Department of Sericulture, on behalf of Prof. Rakesh Vaid, Director of Poonch Campus.
In his message, Prof. Rakesh Vaid extended his heartfelt congratulations to the entire nation, emphasizing the significance of Independence Day in India's history. He highlighted the sacrifices of the martyrs who laid down their lives to protect the nation’s integrity and sovereignty.
