UNIVERSITY OF JAMMU HOLDS A PANEL DISCUSSION ON THE THEME “SKILL OF REINFORCEMENT VIS-À-VIS NEP 2020: AN EXPERIENTIAL VENTURE”

P.G. Department of Education holds a Panel Discussion on the theme “Skill of Reinforcement vis-à-vis NEP 2020: An experiential venture”. The students across various disciplines of University of Jammu participated in the event, including the Department of Education, Political Science, Economics, Sociology and Sanskrit. The objective of the panel discussion was to educate the students with the different recommendations given in the NEP 2020 document and implement the same in their courses of study.

 The students highlighted that the policy focused on development of critical and analytical thinking among students and through joyful classrooms which is possible only through skill of reinforcement. As only a dedicated and grounded teacher can play the role of a good teacher, philosopher and guide and it is only them that can give confidence and boost the personality of the students which will further help India in becoming a knowledge super-power.

The event was conducted under the supervision of Prof. Renu Nanda, Head, Department of Education as part of their sessional work under Open Course of M.Ed. IV.
